The house from the courtyard	The house is approached by a driveway off Blackwater Road. Originally two garages with living accommodation above, it has been converted and extended to make a comfortable three-bedroom house with all the facilities one would expect for modern living.
The sitting/dining room	The main door opens on to the sitting room. It is comfortably and attractively furnished and houses the TV with VCR and DVD player. At the other end of this large room is the dining area with a hatch to the kitchen. The dining table can seat six and there is a piano for visiting musicians! A door leads through to a small hall off which is the kitchen and a large boiler room providing a very useful drying area.
The kitchen	The kitchen looks out on to the garden and contains a modern full size stainless steel electric cooker with two ovens and a ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a full range of cooking equipment, and many of the gadgets you would expect to find in a family home such as a food processor and slow cooker. The downstairs cloakroom is approached through the kitchen.
Bedroom 1	A twin room. This is the first room at the top of the stairs and is closest to the bathroom. The bay at the front of the room is a delightful spot to sit and relax.
Bedroom 2	A double room. This is also bay-fronted, with a wash-basin in the bay.
Bedroom 3	A single room with wash-basin. A sixth guest can be accommodated on the folding 2'6" Z-bed in this room, or a cot can be provided. From this room a door gives access to a large roof terrace which overlooks the courtyard and garden.
The bathroom	This has been professionally designed and high quality modern fittings have been installed. The bathroom has recently been extended to house a walk-in shower with seat (not shown in the photograph).
The garden	Weather permitting, the garden is a lovely place to be at any time of the year. It is well tended with lawn, flower beds, trees and shrubs. For guests' use and enjoyment, there is a summerhouse and plenty of outdoor garden furniture as well as a barbecue and some outdoor games.
