TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The property is normally let from 3pm on Saturday to
10.30 am on Saturday.

Reservations must be made in writing on our booking
form (which can be downloaded or sent on request) and accompanied by a
non-returnable deposit of £100 for each week booked.

A reservation, once confirmed by us, constitutes a
contract which renders the person booking liable for the payment of
the full cost. This contract specifically excludes any rights of
tenancy.

The balance of the cost must be paid four weeks prior
to the start of the reservation, without a reminder.

In the event of a cancellation, which must be made in
writing, we will only waive payment of the balance if we are able to
re-let.

Visitors are liable for any damage to the property and
contents resulting from their stay and must make good the loss of, or
damage to, any crockery, cutlery, utensils, furniture and fittings.

No more than six people may sleep in the Old Coach
House unless agreed and confirmed by us in writing.

Well-behaved pets are permitted by prior arrangement
at a cost of £10 a week.

Smoking is not allowed in the house.

The property must be vacated not later than 10.30 am
on the day of departure and left in the same clean, orderly condition
in which it was found on occupation.

We reserve the right to levy additional charges for breakages,
damages to the property or contents, more than the stated number of
persons sleeping in the house, late departure, more than the usual,
reasonable cleaning after departure or late payment. These
additional charges will be invoiced within three days of departure and
must be paid within seven days of invoice date.
Prices include deposit, bed linen and towels (with
beds made up for your arrival), electricity, central heating and hot
water. |
